The active lime production line is for producing the quicklime. It adopts vertical preheater to make the decomposing rate of limestone can reach 25%, The outlet temperature reduces into 250 degrees or so. the preheating efficienfy is increased and the energy consumpation index can reduce about 5%. At pressent optimizing for the refractory material and masonry structure the decomposing rate can reach into 30%. 

Limestone is conveyed by the elevator into the preheater and then carry out the preating and conveyed into the rotary kiln for calcination and decompostio. After decomposing the produced limestone will enter into the cooler for cooling. After cooling the finished product will be conveyed into the silo.
